1. Acceptance

By creating an account or making a payment on AllMocks.in, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Service

AllMocks.in provides mock tests, performance reports, study PDFs, and related preparation materials for Indian competitive examinations. We strictly adhere to the latest official syllabus and pattern of each exam.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per individual; sharing access is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

4. Subscription

• Paid plans grant access to all tests in the purchased exam package for the stated validity period.
• Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and not refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Once a test is attempted and submitted, it is locked from re-attempt. The detailed report remains permanently accessible from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) copy, redistribute, screenshot-share, or commercially exploit test content, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or (c) use scripts/bots to attempt tests.

6. Intellectual property

All content — questions, model answers, PDFs, branding — is the property of AllMocks.in or its licensors. Unauthorised use will be prosecuted.

7. Disclaimer

AllMocks.in is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with the Allahabad High Court, SSC, UPSC, IBPS, or any other recruiting body. Content reflects our best interpretation of the published syllabus and pattern but does not guarantee any specific examination result.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.
