AllMocks.in (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the AllMocks.in mock-test platform for Indian competitive examinations. By creating an account, attempting a test, or making a payment, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, phone (optional).
  • Performance data — your test attempts, answers, scores, and uploaded answer sheets.
  • Payment data — processed by Razorpay. We store order IDs, payment IDs, and status. We never store your card or UPI credentials.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, and device metadata for fraud prevention and analytics.

3. How we use your data

  • Deliver mock tests, score them, and produce your detailed performance report.
  • Provide your account, subscription, and customer support.
  • Improve question quality and platform reliability.
  • Send essential transactional emails (test summaries, payment receipts).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only the minimum required with: Razorpay (payments), our cloud and email infrastructure providers, and any authority where required by Indian law.

5. Retention

Account and attempt data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@allmocks.in.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within 7 working days.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, and strict role-based access controls.
