Fundamental Rights (Articles 12-35)

Part III of the Indian Constitution contains the Fundamental Rights, which are the basic human rights guaranteed to all citizens. They are enforceable in a court of law and are essential for the holistic development of individuals. These rights are not absolute and can be subject to reasonable restrictions.
